282 attendees participated the survey (10.9% of attendees)

70.7% of the respondents said either that they or their team:

Did not see a way to realize their commitments, and/or.
Were behind schedule on their projects, and/or
Were experiencing setbacks/breakdowns in their projects.

97% said they wanted to create goals for themselves or their teams that go beyond what is predictable or safe.

This clearly indicates both a need and a desire for the kind of high performance training that we offer.
