Ben is a Project Manager and Regional Sales Manager for Parkitects, Inc., a company that designs parks and playground spaces on the East coast.Ben had hit a plateau. Over 10 years, his sales had been steady and decent, but after having bounced back from a bad year in 2009, he’d come up just short of his (new) million dollar goal the past three years. In a newfound commitment to grow, Ben found out about and attended a short workshop delivered by Paul Greiner in October of 2013.Having found the workshop valuable, Ben and Paul began working together late that November. Ben committed himself to producing $1.5 million in sales in 2014 and we went about creating an overall strategy, designing a plan and structure for action, and elevating his performance along the way with ongoing training and coaching.Ben produced approximately $1.35 million in sales in 2014, and $1.6 million in 2015. He’s broken (way) through his million-dollar ceiling twice, doubled his average annual sales, and begun to formulate a strategy for $2 million in 2016 (working the same or fewer hours). He has also taken numerous vacations, improved his marriage and even elevated his fitness.
